Excellent customer service . Nicola , Sally and Chloe, a great team , been with us all the way to our journey and made the process very smooth. We've just seen a house and absolutely shocking service from receptionist. She asked us to sit first and there was carpet in reception. She was annoyed that my shoes was little dirty and it seemed like world was ending because of little mud in carpet. When she was explaining about homes our child was little noisy which is normal as a 3 years old child. She was keep telling us to keep child quite. She reluctantly showed the house in bad manners. I never seen and have any experience like this from any agency/receptionist in my entire life. How come these kind of unprofessional people are trying to sell/present almost £1million pound houses in big plot? Well done Berkeley homes!!
