Best4business have supported Randolph Partnership Ltd. for many years now. Zul Muhamad and the team understand the needs and workings of a small limited company. They are an efficient, prompt, responsive organisation. In addition to the usual services such as VAT returns, payroll year end etc. I often drop Zul an email with a query about how best to approach finance matter, and always received a well thought through and useful advise by return.

These guys took over First Choice Accountancy in Eltham (allegedly) and have been downright unhelpful. Not only did they NOT contact me when they took over- I only found out when I rang my accountant with a tax query to be told they couldnt help me with myquery as I was "no longer a client" - but they have been downright unhelpful ever since.

They've taken over a business that left me with tax issues dating back to 2016 - small amounts from previous years of just a few pounds that the accountant never noticed had gone unpaid and that have attracted ludicrous amounts of interest over the years for late payment! Their predecessor was never available to offer advice and in fact informed me wrongly on a number of queries related to claiming for expenses.

Zuul at Best4Business (who seems to be the only one who responds to emails..when he feels like it) told me I can't make a formal complaint as they have nothing to do with First Choice Accountancy - despite trading under the same name.

Avoid these guys like the plague - sadly they'll charge through the roof and not provide very much in return.
