Very good stay at Lambourne house. Hosts are very responsive about house utilities and give comprehensive information on food/drink/activities in surrounding areas. Beds are comfy and the many bathrooms were modern and spotless.

We stayed at Eskbank Terrace as a family group to meet up with several other family members living close by. We had stayed at the house 3 years ago so knew what a lovely house this was.
This is a really gorgeous house, delightfully decorated, well maintained and well equipped. Plenty of garden space where we were able to eat outside using their new super BBQ.
The house is well situated for the lovely North Berwick and Dunbar coast and within easy reach of Edinburgh.
Excellent communication with Iris and thoroughly enjoyed our family stay.

We hired Ridgeway house over the weekend for my Sister's Hen do. It was absolutely perfect!!
I have had constant contact with Iris and Evelyn over the last (almost 2 years) in preperation and they are both so friendly and quick to reply it has been an absolute dream. We met Evelyn on the day of arrival and he was so kind - he even offered to help us unpack and decorate!! He showed us around the property and how everything worked (hottub and heating) and was just as excited as we were!
The house was incredible, in such a fabulous location, perfect size for 16 girls to have a unforgettable time! It had everything we needed, the hot tub was such a hit and we spent a lot of time in the gardens as was so lucky with the weather!
It was just perfect! Thank you!! 10 stars!!! Highly recommend!!

This is a wonderful large house for a party in a gorgeous area, but it is very tired and in need of considerable maintenance. We were unlucky that the internet wasn't working so we felt very cut off. It was warm and spacious, and the kids loved the hot tub, but so many things were broken or not working (including the dishwasher, and there were 16 of us!) that it rather spoilt our stay. Please get this house back to the condition and safety standard that it deserves.

We have just returned from Ridgeway house, we stayed to celebrate my daughters 25th birthday. The house is set in the beautiful countryside, with horses and peacocks on your doorstep. Ridgeway house is well equipped, clean and beautiful. Hot tub was amazing, Evelyn was friendly and very helpful. We used 4 oaks taxi, cliff was fab but I would book in advance. . Booking was vey easy and Iris was helpful and full of useful information . Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again x

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lambourn house. The house is big and spacious making it perfect for big get togethers. The hot tub and pool table were great and an added bonus of the sauna!
The communication between us and the agent was good and nothing was ever to much trouble.
We were even able to bring our dog

We stayed here for our works Christmas party weekend and it was amazing. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady called Joanne who gave us a tour and the welcome details and was very informative. The house is beautiful, with lots of space to gather (and also escape from the others if needed) and had plenty of room for us all. The added benefit of a pool table was genius, and the cosy sitting room was perfect for Christmas movies on an afternoon and evening. The peacocks roaming around had us all enthralled when they came to visit the house and we also met a lovely little Pug dog who joined us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back at some point in the future.

Wonderfully presented house, I stayed here back in March 2019 for a hen weekend and it was lovely. There's an outdoor hot tub on the back decking, an indoor sauna which is lovely. There are plenty of bathrooms (bathroom envy!) Kitchen has a wine chiller which is great! Ans very easily filled and emptied in one weekend!! 😊 would definitely recommend for large parties for get togethers. There is a pool room, which is very tight for using the cues! There is also a cosy lounge which is nice for chilling out and there is wifi!
