Very terrible company, cannot get through to anyone on specific matters. as per review on trustpilot this company issued me a Cifas Marker for apparently being Fraudulent over “information” of employment I never inserted which should should have been picked up by them or at least the broker if he/she did an error when doing my application which cannot be the case as I was asked about my employment and I stated 3 months and issues x3 payslips for that when Automoney gave me offers alongside other brokers to which I was told that was changed.

If Billing think people are fraudulent why not ask the questions beforehand than to ruin innocent people’s lives. I can’t get anything financially now and they treat you like some number on a system to say we’ll get back to you we’ll get back to you. My personal Financial demands won’t wait for your errors absolutely shambolic.

Why offer people finance if you deem them fraudulent. I never hid anything and gave you everything you asked for its not my fault your company or whoever inserted the information is lacking brain cells to piece its less than 3 months which I stated numerous times.

Honestly Guys if you have the opportunity pick a different lender like AutoMoney or Lendable autolend similar APR’s and they actually put correct information on and get back to you with no messing about

Good service and superb communication and support! Process was smooth from the beginning until the end! Was not happy regarding a collection fee but they did everything right to keep a costumer happy! Can’t fault them and would use again in the future

I will give this billing finance Company 0 Star don’t get any Credit from Billing Finance are the Worst Company in the Uk all The staff have No manners how to speak to The Customer if you are Only 1 payment or 2 Payment Behind The start To Herrass you and 1 more stupid thing no matter you cannot park your Car without insurance the forced you to insure your Car how Stupid Policy The Have Please Be careful With Billing Finance company is the Shuit Company in the Uk I will not Reccomend This no problem harassing you for a payment but when they owe you money they disappear which is convenient. Bought a car on finance with them which broke after a few weeks and they didn’t get back to me at all and didn’t care, but when they need something it’s a different approach. Horrible company unhelpful.

I was approved by Billing finance through a car finance broker subject to proof of income. I sent the wage slips and bank statements they requested and they were happy to go ahead.

I found a Car which Billing were happy with, they sent me a presale agreement to sign and a direct debit mandate to complete and return, the broker requested an invoice from the dealership and this was all sent to Billing for payment.

After I completed all this paperwork and the dealership had began prepping the car for collection, including MOTing it, only then did Billing request open banking access, which they were provided with.

48 hours of silence followed and then without explanation Billing withdrew finance approval.

They wasted my time.
They wasted the brokers time.
They wasted the Car dealers time.

An absolute amateur outfit best avoided at all costs.
