For a charity that made £60 million profit in 2022 its amazing that they cannot give ppl food parcels. POINTLESS. The women that work here are heartless b!t(hs who think that women deserve help and men dont. That's the face of modern feminism for you, it's just a chance to discriminate against men.

The gent staff are lovely, the women staff are rude, cold, on a power trip clearly and very unwelcoming (regiment) and not the positive organised way. Long 1&half wait is understandable with Christmas, however staff taking home better toys than were offered and I had a single parcel given, after clearly marking myself having a 9week old baby. They also left out fruit/veg, bread and all toiletries even though again I had marked those too. Shame as I had been once before and the guy that saw to me was fab.
