I booked several rooms for myself and family members for my wedding in Twickenham. It’s a lovely hotel in a great location and the staff were friendly and helpful (thanks to Amy for her help). The bridal suite (best river room) was beautiful, the bed was huge and we really enjoyed the bath overlooking the river. The other rooms didn’t have as much space as expected for the price but still nicely presented. We also had a lovely breakfast in the restaurant. ||One downside was the parking. We paid £15 per car per night for parking (which is advertised on booking.com, but it’s not that clear and I missed this when booking) and we couldn’t reserve spots which was a bit of a nightmare for guests that travelled a distance and didn’t know Richmond well. The car park could also use a sign on the road, as my guests had trouble finding it. ||On the morning of the wedding my guests wanted to meet in the bar to have a quick drink, but there wasn’t any seating and they were initially told they couldn’t use the other library space. This caused a bit of fuss, but after we phoned reception it was sorted. Just a heads up for larger parties, the bar area is lovely but not that big so might not be ideal to get everyone together. ||Overall I’d stay at the hotel again and would recommend. Thanks to the staff that looked after us.

I have been bowled away by this amazing hotel. I am here for a training course that's taking place in the beautiful pods, located in the garden, next to the river. These pods are gorgeous and so toasty warm.
The restaurant is beautiful and the service has been impeccable, friendly and polite.
My room is absolutely lovely, but the best bit is the massive copper stand alone bath. After a day of lots of walking (it's a great location to go and explore Ted Lasso locations), an indulgent bath felt amazing.
I'd highly recommend this place.

We were looking forward to a better than average evening out and it all started well with a friendly welcome and great cocktails. The bread with whipped butter was delicious and, for one of us, was followed by some excellent scallops, however, for the other of us the rabbit rillettes was distinctly average with little flavour and under-seasoned. For our main courses, the steak was ordered as medium-rare but was served medium and under-seasoned and the venison ‘bourguignon’ wasn’t as succulent as it should have been. The break between the starter and main course was awkwardly long. Overall it was a “nice” meal rather than the special meal that was hoped for given the price that was charged for it. A long way short of our previous experience under the previous chef.

With space inside and out, Bingham Riverhouse is the best place to enjoy your downtime and experience Richmond.||We had two rooms during our stay: Best River and River. Both amazing. Breakfasts are fab. As was all the food and drink day and night. Walking distance to town, Petersham, Richmond Park and Ham House. Amazing restaurant both here and at Gaucho on the river. And your dog is as welcome and as well looked after as you are.||We’ve had one of most enjoyable breaks here and we will be back. Absolutely loved it.

We had a brilliant stay at Bingham Riverhouse. We had delicious cocktails in the bar in the evening when we arrived and also had a healthy, filling breakfast in the morning. I can’t complement the staff enough, they were so kind and accommodating and made us feel truly special. My only minor issue was not knowing what was complementary and what was charged for in the room, and we didn’t have any milk to add to tea or coffee in the room. These are minor things but just worth noting. We stayed here to watch the rugby and the staff were more than happy to watch our bags despite us having checked out, which I thought was really kind. I would stay at Bingham Riverhouse again in a heartbeat, a beautifully decorated, calm and ideal location to explore Richmond!

Great staff and boutique feel to the hotel. ||Morgan in the bar was excellent, and James & Geronimo on the front desk were extremely cjeerful and helpful. Food in the restaurant was delicious and slightly different, eg rabbit starter, and again the staff were really nice and accommodating, (when it's a 'catch of the day' fish main, make sure that you tell the customer what type of fish is being served).||Lovely setting by the river and easy access to the larger Town.||Minor niggles - No privacy door on 1x bedroom en suite. A couple of the beds had slight 'roll-together'.|For the price, (through Booking.com), breakfast should be included. Get these sorted and would be rated 'Excellent'.||Overall, though, a great weekend and we'll definitely return.

The hotel managed to arrange anti-allergy (non-feather) pillows and duvets in advance for me and they were wonderfully comfortable. Great views from the River view room and tasteful décor. Staff were extremely efficient and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Really enjoyable stay.

I would have given 5 stars however there was an issue with our room, however this was sorted quickly & professionally.||The staff were first class, very helpful and polite, they couldn’t do enough for us.||Excellent location overlooking the river. Amazing copper bath, extremely comfortable large bed, best nights sleep in a long time! Great breakfast too.||Definitely would stay again.
