(Renting) We had a fantastic experience with Bishop SureLets — easily the best letting agency we dealt with in Brighton. Before finding them, we tried viewing other properties through various agencies and had very poor experiences. Agencies like Brand Vaughan ignored our viewing requests and flooded our inboxes and social media with irrelevant property ads. Others played games by claiming other applicants had offered £200 more than the listed price, clearly trying to pressure us into overbidding.

With Bishop SureLets, the experience was refreshingly different. We already liked the place before even seeing it in person because they were one of the few agencies still offering proper video tours via Rightmove — which was incredibly helpful. Julian was great when showing us around, answering all our questions and giving us confidence in the property. We viewed the place early in the afternoon and submitted an offer right after — and received a response the same day.

They could’ve easily waited to get more viewings or push for higher offers (like other agencies do), but they didn’t. Everything after that was smooth and transparent. We're really happy with how everything went, and we can’t recommend them enough. Thank you!

I've had a very positive experience with Bishops SureLets and would highly recommended them. As a new landlord letting my property for the first time, I felt supported and held throughout the whole process and trust all their expertise and knowledge in this area.

Julian at Bishop Sullivan took over the management of our rented house a few years ago in a time where the house was holding quite a lot of damage and issues with damp. In this time Julian and the team were all very communicative, understanding and helpful. They advocated for us with the landlord and really had our backs. We have since left the property after being served with a section 21 because the landlord wanted to refurbish the property. Julian was supportive through this process and even helped us retain our full deposits. I would thoroughly recommend working with this team.
