I have been using company for some many years and definitely this is the worst one ever! Costumers service doesn’t exist! People who work there absolutely have zero knowledge about their job. I have been trying to get some information about my business and they never have time to reply or respond. This is their job that’s what they getting paid for. Absolutely a joke. I don’t recommend this company to anyone uk . Please avoid this company if you have serious business!

I have used their services for 2 years. Not only their rates are twice as high as other accountants - sadly the staff wasn't really doing any effort to help the business to save money either - I've spent thousands on my tax with them; on the contrary I've saved a lot more with another Accountant. Moreover I found out that with other accountants both my LTD company and personal tax return can be done in 1 day, whilst with Complex Accounting Ltd I had to work for a week to supply them with documents, tables, invoices, detailed calculations, marking up the costs with markers to make them understand the expenditures so they are able to calculate them - just like if I was doing the tax return by myself and not them for me. Ridiculous treatment once I informed them that I no longer want to use their services - they still tried to charge me for using their address for the whole next year. When I refused as per documented e-mails, they've reduced the price to something around £30 and kept sending me emails about it for nearly a year. On top of that I wasn't getting my payslips regularly and I was missing many of them - complete mess and chaos. Once I've changed my accountant I found out that they didn't notify me about the NIC payments for the previous year, when I was still their Client - resulting in me having to pay a fine to HMRC, even though I have already paid upfront for the current year. Finally when I called and asked if they can help with my Maternity Leave Application, they were rude and unhelpful, trying to get rid of me by saying that they have no access to my Payroll. Later I found out that they actually never gave it to my new Accountant and lost the login details. I was then told by one of the staff members that she will speak to the Manager and return to my company's e-mail but she never did, after which I've decided to post this review.

Jestem po godzinnej rozmowie z Panem Dariuszem Zadrowskim. Jako początkujący Dyrektor w spółce miałem mnóstwo pytań odnośnie prowadzenia spółki. Po godzinnej rozmowie dowiedziałem się wszystkiego, co chciałem, a nawet więcej. Pan Dariusz zyskał moje zaufanie swoim profesjonalizmem i na pewno w przyszłości ponownie skorzystam z tego Pana usług. Jeśli chodzi o cenę to bije na głowę konkurencje, gdyż konkurencyjne firmy potrafiły zażyczyć sobie 3 razy więcej za godzinną konsultację. Jestem mega zadowolony i dlatego odwdzięczam się 5 gwiazdkową opinią, na którą z cała pewnością Pan Dariusz Zadrowski zasłużył. Pozdrawiam będę polecać dalej i dziękuje 🙂

Godne polecenia biuro księgowe. Pani Magda, której chciałbym serdecznie podziękować, ekspresowo zrobiła rozliczenie mojej spółki. W 2 tygodnie nadgoniła to, czego poprzedni księgowy nie był w stanie zrobić w 3 miesiące.
