I can’t express my gratitude enough to the staff at this Post Office. My partner (who has recently been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s) had to send a parcel back. He was helped by 2 of the post officers. They didn’t know he had a condition. They had a smile and helped him package it. They were polite and did it in no time. He was extremely grateful. Well done ?

Left me standing for an age while she went out the back, no explanation, no hello no smile nothing, Extremely rude female, no help what so ever, snappy, grumpy, tone of voice is not what the public require, if she was a he it would have got a slap, I will never use this place again, so many more places nearby that are very respectful and very welcoming.

On 22/9/2023, I went to the Blackfen post office around 4 pm to obtain assistance with sending some of the important documents to the DVLA. Due to the fact that I was not familiar with the procedure, I wanted some information from them. However, the Indian lady at the right counter (a young woman) treated us so rudely and gave us a look as if she did not really care. It was not our intention only to purchase envelopes and just make the payment, but instead, we wished to learn more about our requirements from them.
It is not a place I would recommend to anyone unless you are just planning on handing over a package there.

I have had the most horrible experience in the UK, if I had zero stars to give, I would certainly do so. Disappointed and the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
