I had a very positive experience. I had a particular and somewhat specific insurance requirement which most other brokers did not provide any solution for. Whereas within a quick turn around time Blackfriars found me a very suitable insurance coverage policy and at competitive rates. Alexandra was very helpful and responsive to all my questions. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Can't knock them! To be honest i was a bit sceptical of Blackfriars when i saw the reviews on google. But i like the fact that the owner had responded and decided to take a chance. And i'm glad i did!
These guys were spot on. Alex was handling my quotation. Very professional and all my enquires were answered.
As my cover was relating to tree insurance, it's quite specific. But these guys offered a verity of options. Made sure i was happy with the cover, that it was appropriate for my trade and also very competitive. If things remain as good as this first impression. I will definitely be renewing with guys next year. Thanks

Have been trying to get through to black friars since 8.30am and the office is still closed and it is now 9.50am. So my employee is unable to get to work due to no insurance on his van. Poor show.

Would never go back to Blackfriars. I dealt with many insurance brokers before but they must be the worst company I have ever dealt with... Beware! So much hassle!!!
