Go somewhere else. Staff do not turn up, so it's generally a wasted journey. If you must go, be prepared for a long wait. Try and find a post office with staff and their computers and stuff working, good luck!

I have been for 3 days running to pick up a parcel and not been able too.

Counter shut early, no staff who can man the counter, system issues.

It's been horrendous since one stop staff started manning it!

All I want is to pick up my parcel and still haven't got it.

They state open on Saturday, but it isn’t! Needed to pick up a parcel, I am disabled and because of work, it had to be on a Saturday, so someone else could get it for me! DO NOT use this post office. I will not step foot in here again!

Awful post office. Infrequent opening times , always changing when they open. Slow service when it's open. It's worth driving to another post office.

I will not use this post office again. Regularly closes early, shuts for full days and when you have been in the queue only to be told they are closing for lunch. This used to be a great post office. Sadly not any more

Don’t go here to drop off a parcel. Waste of time. When it is open their scanner doesn’t work, but can only take in when post office is open anyway and now closed on Saturday…

Unreliable , closed due to staff sickness.
Nobody at One stop could help get my parcel which is a medical device I needed urgently . Pleaded with some Stop manager to help me but nothing they could do . Gave me One stop head office number which was closed. People outside complaining also about unreliable service . Service is unacceptable if you need parcels urgently or currency for your holidays .
