Avoid at all costs!!!
Prior to the fire at Spectrum Building, communication was at best questionable.
By no surprise, Block Management UK outdid themselves; by falling short of the professionalism and quality service they claim on their website.
I am absolutely horrified at the lack of urgency, care and sympathy shown towards residents who have been displaced.
If you enjoy being taken for a ride, by all means employ the services of these cowboys.

Terrible management company putting up fees 100% for no reason.
One example asking 40% more on electric this year compared to last years final budget. Electric prices have only increased couple percent this year.

Cowboys.. can see they don’t pay their contractors and also have outstanding debt on company house and always changing directors.. defiantly something dodgy going on

Please don't give this company your money. They are lax, unprofessional and could not care less about the blocks entrusted to their care. In my case, they managed the finances of the block so poorly that the leaseholders were left thousands of pounds out of pocket. There are many better management companies out there - do yourself a favour use one of them.

As a contractor, working with companies like this are really hard, they regularly don’t pay their monthly invoices often leaving us waiting months. After more than two years, we ditched them eventually, way too much admin to keep perusing invoices. Of course they then tried to flip it saying we hadn’t attended our monthly work which wasn’t the case. These kind of companies sink small contractors creating real cash flow problems. Thank goodness other block companies are more ethical.

Dreadful company, avoid at all costs. Demanding massive sums of money for work that doesn't get done and failed to send breakdowns of costs.

When I finally managed to get through to someone on the phone (their number appears to be a closely guarded secret and when you complete the online form on their website, they claim they never got it), the member of staff was very polite and friendly but the company itself is not fit for purpose.

Terrible company, poor and tardy communication. It took years of communication before they instructed a local builder to resolve a leak into my lease hold property which even now has not been finished. The most frustrating example I've ever had with a management company.

Better to avoid them or they will dump you in the middle of nowhere. ⚠️

It takes 2 hours to reach them and their emergency services are not so great. 🆘

The victims of the Dagenham flat fire are awaiting your presence and response.

Since the devastating fire incident at the Spectrum building on 22 Freshwater Road, we have not received any response or had their presence at the meetings. This is causing extreme distress and trauma to the affected families, who are currently going through a very difficult time. More than 100 people are seeking answers, and the least that could be done is to show the decency to attend the meetings and hear from the affected families.

This is utterly deplorable and disgusting.
