Blue Cross Manchester have been amazing throughout the adoption process of our pup. All staff were helpful, knowledgeable and dedicated to their jobs. Our main contact was Emily-Jane who was fantastic, really taking the time to get to know us and the dog. The team continue to check in with us to see how everything is going and we know we can reach out if we have any issues. We love our addition to the family, thank you so much for all you do!

I've had an amazing experience with the girls at this BlueCross, their support has been second too none. Kind, compassionate and really took the time to understand everything about my situation.
