edit 1* 11/18/2024 - moved through without a hitch and on boarded straight into serviced accommodation through Blue Skies branded / service. Has so far been live 1.5 weeks and, as predicted has hit a sweet spot with bookings. It is early but absolutely spot on with assessment and predictions.

Blue Skies have sourced me one property so far which they are now managing on an ongoing basis. So far, it has been an excellent experience working with the company.

The property sourced was acquired below market value and once completed the light refurbishment required was done without delay. The property has been finished and prepared for rental as serviced accommodation to a high standard.

To date in the first two months the property has been available for rent it has already generated positive cash flow.

I fully expect to expand my property portfolio with Blue Skies onwards from next year.
