Have quite recently taken over our shared leaseholder property management and we've found the company responsive and efficient. From sorting problems with the lighting, to site meetings and service charges, they've been courteous and professional. Recommend.

they just will not respond to emails. as the management company for our property, we currently have a major leak which is damaging our property and they are just not responding. An awful service, with total disregard to their paying clients.

Unfortunately zero stars are not allowed. Sent multiple questions via email due to a new parking scheme submitted on my estate. 3 weeks waiting and still no response to my questions, totally unhelpful considering I pay a service charge FOR NO SERVICE
