Not the best, as they don’t have a list of garages they deal with I struggled to find a garage who would deal with them because of the hoops they want them to jump through. When I found a garage that diagnosed the COMMON faults , I sent in quote but blue chip wanted garage strip components and report why how they had failed. Went back to mechanic and was told his job is to find and replace faulty components not to find out why they failed especially on a vehicle over 9yrs old.

Blue Chip have settled my claim, I sent in the estimate Wednesday they authorised it Thursday, the repair was completed, the invoice sent Thursday paid out Friday. As always excellent service, I have used Blue Chip for many years, they are the best warranty company I have used. If you are looking for a warranty company you can rely on you won't find better

Blue chip warranty company are absolutely fantastic and I would 100% recommend them to everyone. I had many questions and the team were so fast in responding, even if they did not know the answer they would pass it onto another team and they would get back to me the same day. Once my claim had been accepted the payment was made within the same week, I honestly thought I would be waiting weeks for this but everything was done promptly and efficiently. Made a first claim 9 months into warranty for a failed starter motor , covered in my plan so made claim , sent garage quote and had authorisation in an hour ! Booked into garage on Monday , paid on Friday . No hassle , easy claim process and paid when they stated they would . Thank you .

What a great company, being an insurance claim I was ready for an argument on the repair, but no!!!

Sent the form, a series of photos and the agreement came within and hour. Sent the invoice, inside two days fully reimbursed.

In a world where insurance companies constantly wriggle out of claims, Bluechip break the mould........well done chaps, very impressed!!!!!

Very easy to deal with, offered slightly less that the work was going to cost at first, but after I spoke to the dealership and they updated the reimbursement to cover the entire cost. No issues would definitely use again.
