8 straight months of damp, leaks, mould, and being promised the problems will get seen to eventually.

The wall paper was peeling off the bedroom because every time it rained the room practically flooded. I’m absolutely disgusted to see that the property we moved out of less than 2 weeks ago is already up for listing and apparently ready to move into when we were told a whole internal wall would have to be modified to fix the issue.

Avoid at all cost if you value your health and sanity. I would life 0 stars if I could.

ETA: we were told multiple times Sebastian Ash our landlord was not associated with blue wave, despite finding very clear proof online (such as his LinkedIn, and official government documents) proving otherwise. So that that as you will.

In response:
We literally have emails from Claire saying Sebastian ash was not associated with Bluewave. And the offer to end the contract early was more “if you don’t like it then leave”. Not to mention several other issues such as the black bags covering the inside of the cabinets and the powder coming off the walls that was never seen to. (We were told to stop rubbing against the walls, as I’m sure you saw there were piles of powder behind where the fridge sat where we absolutely did not touch the walls.)

To add to this it appears the 2 most recent 5 star reviews you have comes from a blue wave employee and their partner (one of which was added an hour after my own review) or is it a coincidence Daniel holds the same name as an employee and his partner also has the same name as the other review?

I also hope the fire door is fixed because that’s a direct hazard and I’m violation of several building codes.
