This store does not care about their plants!! Is it really so difficult to water them at least once every few days?
Almost every flower stands on stone-dry soil. Even if all the plants are waiting for sale, this does not mean that they can be tortured, killing by drought!!

Amazing products with cheap prices. Shop has everything you need to make your house a home. Went to buy Halloween decorations and ended up leaving with a lot more. Would definitely recommend!

First time visiting this store recently, and I absolutely loved it as the amount of choice is amazing!
We visited on a weekday at 10 am, so it wasn't particularly busy, but the store is so big it wouldn't have been a problem as loads of space.
The parking is OK but not massive, and I imagine it would fill quickly at peak times. There are a handful of disabled bays available at the front of the store.
As previously stated, the range is great. There is a fabulous amount of choices. Most of the shelves were stocked up. The Christmas range needed restocking, but it's a popular thing this time of year, so to be expected.
The purpose of the visit was to take a look at the garden centre area that I've seen everyone rave about on instagram. Not all BnM have garden centres, so I was willing to travel.
It was a small area, and I was disappointed with the range, but in the stores defence, it's autumn/ winter, so maybe stock is limited. I managed to get some lovely little cyclamen and pansies. The bulb range was good, and there was lots of stock still. They had large planters on sale but not a vast range. Prices were very good overall for the plants.
Prices in BnM always tend to be reasonable, in fact.
The store was generally clean and tidy, and staff were stocking shelves as we wandered, so any mess was to be expected.
We were served by the nicest young man on the till, so polite, friendly, and easy to chat to which makes all the difference to a person's visit I think.
Will happily return again soon.

Good range of products, something for everyone. Easy to navigate. Some staff seem to lack knowledge of product ranges and nearly sent me away saying they didn't stock what I wanted when they did.

Wow excellent ?. First time here today. Much better than our b&m and B&m in Cheadle heath. Excellent selection of plants and potted flowers, toys etc. Customer service was good unlike other stores. Will be back again. ?

My son asked a staff member for help which they replied can't you see I'm busy....RUDE. all he wanted to know was where the white spirit was located. Went to the till where the cashier bellowed ID. My son said not one but two rude staff members. Won't be shopping there again....

Good range of garden products in stock. I usually get bark and compost from here and if buying a large quantity such as 20 bags then I usually their delivery service which is an independent company that delivers upto 20 items to your door for £30. The reason for only 3 stars is that there are usually not enough tills operating and the queues can get quite long. Hopefully this will be rectified in the future.
