I opted to use this post office because Little Lever opening hours are shocking... seems as though this one is going the same way, second day in a row I've been between 5.15-5.30 and its been closed despite having advertised closing time as 6pm.

Update: my mother visited durning lunchtime store was open but systems were down.

I was looking for a friendly post office to send an international parcel as I was unsure on the process (some post offices are really rude and not helpful at all) and chose this one based on their reviews. Now I know why it's 5 star. Other Post offices take note. Polite, professional and helpful. Well done. We are making this our go to post office.

Went in today with a box of items that was being sent to California for Thanksgiving and Christmas and was shocked by how expensive it was. The manager
Mr Hanif Masters was so very helpful found me a smaller box to get the weight down, completely reboxed it for me very neatly and taped it all down. I was very impressed and relieved I didn't have to return and having to do the same errand again. Wonderful service
And a very highly recommended place for service, not only did he rebox my items but he managed to HALF the price of the postage. What can I say!!😊

Really helpful, open at really convenient times for me and dependable when my local one (Little Lever) closes at random times/doesn’t open at all. Plenty of street parking to the rear where necessary too.
