The lady behind the counter this morning was very kind and helpful. I was sending a gift and she let me buy the stuff I needed and package it up and write the card there. Then she advised me on the costs of sending. The shop is well stocked with cards and last minute gifts.

I had to send off a parcel which had a rather complicated returns system. Kay was extremely helpful and managed to sort it out for me, even to the extent of adding extra parcel tape to a tear that had appeared in the packaging. Thank you Kay - excellent service!

Genuinely a joke. Went in to post a parcel, straight forward easy post (2nd class, nothing fancy) but was told I couldn't as I hadn't pre-bought and printed the postage online. When explaining that I couldn't pre-buy and print due to not having a printer, I was told there was nothing I could do as they can't process the postage there.
Drove to the next town, went to a different post office, and managed to post my item no issues at all.

The woman serving there is extremely rude! A very unpleasant encounter. She has no patience, she looks at you as you were not supposed to disturb her (indian woman). Horrible service and I will never go there again! I saw she was rude to people in front of me as well! Please provide some training or offer he job to someone who wants it and enjoys it!!!!!

Never like going as not the friendliest place but they are normally adequate. I went twice yesterday, first time I queued at the post office counter while watching two staff serve one customer on the shop side, while ignoring me. They eventually got round to serving. The second time I posted a return package to Amazon, which seemed to go fine... until I discovered the next day the receipt they gave me by mistake was for the 40 stamps the customer before me bought! Which means I now have no proof that I posted my return. Just hope it gets back OK. They need to improve not just their customer service but also their attention to the work they are supposed to be doing.

Very poor customer service. I was quoted for a parcel the day before but the return had an address issue, fair enough. On returning today with the correct address I was refused service because parcel force had already picked up and there was no where apprently to store the item, which although tall is only 5.5 cm thick and extremely light. The Post Office is meant to be of service to the community. Very fed up and will go elsewhere in the future.

I regularly use this Post Office and have always had a good experience. The staff are friendly and speedy. As shown on Google Maps, they’re shut for one hour in the afternoon during the week. I’ve visited at varied times during these opening hours and have never had a problem.

Worst customer service on both the visits. Lady at counter is extremely rude and in rudeness she herself contradicts with her own work.
Saw reviews and I absolutely agree. I doubt if this lady knows the meaning of customer service.
She badly needs help.
Post Office needs to intervene.
