Had a face to face meeting in February to discuss pension investments, signed consents for them to access all the current investment details, Informed they would arrange further meetings to discuss once documents received.
Emailed follow ups , no response, for around 6 months despite telephoning on 3 occasions advised each time the financial advisor would call back, no calls.
Finally telephoned and requested the receptionist to arrange to return all our documentation, received this finally by post with zero explanation or call to explain why they failed to return any calls for the 6 months whilst in limbo.
Absolutely dismal customer service and lack of common courtesy and careless attitude by this FCA approved business.
Avoid at all costs.
I rarely write reviews but felt compelled on this matter as it is dealing with peoples hard earned money
