Went in twice and both times it was closed, although there were no indication of this being the case. So stood in a queue and at the end found out it was closed and that it would open in one hour. Then I was assured that the post office would stay open. Went in again later on and was told that the post office "opened and then closed again". I was then again invited to come one hour later. This is the poorest customer service one can get surely. What a farce.

Yet again arbitrarily closed. This time for lunch while members of staff stand at empty coop tills. Utterly useless.

A re-review as the closed counter at 3:30 this afternoon had a QR link to review them. Utterly unreliable. Close at random, even when members of staff who have previously served are serving at the next counter. If I could score them zero I would. Absolutely rubbish.

Really helpful. Vaguely interesting to read notes from others with various complaints, which weren't bourne out here today. Friendly gent called Rob came straight out of the office to serve, was polite, smiling and prompt. Can't speak for later in the day, but certainly quickly accessible at 8.15am.

Absolute joke, went on to post a parcel and it says in there “when we’re open the post office is open” all over the walls in the co op. Turns out that’s a lie! Why have that plastered everywhere if it’s not true? So misleading and wrong!!! This is our local post office but I’d rather walk a bit further to another one.

Bradford on Avon is not hyphenated, never has been. The hyphens are unique to the STATION only.

Tried them 3 times today they just won't answer. All I wanted was a day ticket to fish the canal...perhaps they've all been taken hostage by frustrated fisherman demanding a months worth of day tickets!
