I have recently had the pleasure of both attending viewings and having my property valued with Bradleys. Although I haven’t proceeded with a purchase or sale just yet, I wanted to leave a review specifically for Joshua.

From the outset, Joshua has been incredibly helpful, explaining different aspects of the process, highlighting opportunities, and offering fantastic advice. What stood out most was that he never made us feel pressured. Instead, he truly listened to our goals and guided us in a way that felt supportive and well-informed.

Joshua’s insights during both the viewing and valuation made our decision-making process much clearer and more thoughtfully planned. I’m really looking forward to working with him as we move forward.

His professionalism is commendable, and it’s clear he’s a real asset to the Bradleys team. For anyone lucky enough to work with Joshua, you’re in great hands. 🙂

I came to Bradleys Newton Abbot after feeling really underwhelmed by a prior agent. Expectations weren't good. However, wow, what a difference. Josh, Faith and Emily bring so much energy, knowledge, enthusiasm and human kindness. They go above and beyond. They have all dealt with us with, professionalism, kindness and energy. From initial enquiry, through viewing properties and finally to purchase, the team at the Newton Abbot branch of Bradley’s haven been first class. They listened, suggested only relevant properties and offered intelligent observations. Their customer service was excellent throughout and I have absolutely no reservation in recommending them as an estate agent of choice.

Great service from the team at Bradley's. From the first initial viewing, to putting in an offer, and wanting additional viewings for measuring up etc the team were more than happy to accommodate. The team explained the process to us well as my partner and I are first time buyers. We would be happy to use Bradley's again in the future.

Totally unprofessional, unprofessional, unprofessional ! They have a mantra to get you on board and then within less than a fortnight ask you to drop your price heavily to sell at the lowest price ! Then they tell you they can upsell your property to above the advertised price ! So why drop it to start with? They then state they have a client base waiting to view your property, complete joke. There is no value add from this estate agent what so ever. It’s totally a numbers game to them, to get as many houses on their books as possible and then devalue your property to get as many sales as quickly as possible to outsell their competitors, so they look good on the property stats ! Destroying not only the value in your property but those properties in your surrounding area ! Use these at your peril ? We departed company in less than a month.

Thanks for the response:- Total nonsense you contacted myself on 12th February and asked to drop the price by 20,000 which I felt was totally unprofessional and somewhat unsatisfactory and therefore felt under duress to agree stating that my property had only been on the market late afternoon on Friday the 24th January ! However, originally you personally stated you could achieve the asking price 420k actually stating this was a reasonable/ realistic price for my property after provided me with three price brackets the lowest being 400k the mid price 420k another higher . It was agreed to market at the mid price bracket because you stated personally you were able to achieve a sale within a reasonable timeframe at this price bracket! Then realising you couldn’t you rang me on the afternoon of the 12th February to ask me to drop price by a staggering 20k the lowest price bracket ! within this short period after only having two so called viewing in this period ? In my humble opinion this was just a tick in box for you! None were real potential buyers ! Which became clear on your feed back.
And to clarify, I was at no time abrupt to any of your staff ! .

I understand that negative feedback isn’t always to your liking, but honesty in my book is always the best policy.

Right from the start, Bradleys were brilliant facilitators of what was my first ever house purchase. Even though they were acting for the seller, they supported and guided me all the way through the process with patience, clarity and friendliness. I couldn’t fault Bradley’s! We had a tricky purchase and there were several hurdles but Billy was there every step of the way with Aaron supporting in his absence. They were always timely and responsive and could not do enough to help.
