The investing agent was friendly and mostly answered my questions when I had them. I made a decent amount of profits from what I invested with them. However, I am currently trying to get my money out and am facing very arbitrary policies that have resulted in further delays with little response from Braemuir

Edit: this is a fake company. Anything they pay out to you they ask you to pay back in "VAT fees" when you want to withdraw your account and then never give you your money and customer service ignores you. Luckily they weren't the only place I was investing in so I didn't lose everything but I still lost about $8K CAD. Some type of law enforcement needs to bring them down
