Alex and Andy working as a team for Severn Trent Water are to be congratulated in carrying out work recently on a leak to a domestic property. They were both very considerate and thoughtful in dealing with a relative living at the property who is a vulnerable adult. What brilliant service! Kieran and Craig attended a water leak on our property, diagnosed and located it, dug a large hole in our beautiful blue brick path and fixed the problem very quickly. When they had finished it was hard to see where they had been working it was such a good reinstatement. A pleasure to have the guys on the property, polite, professional and pleasant, a refreshing change in today's 'anything will do' culture. Heartily recommended!

Been told that a lead water supply replacement will happen after the initial assessment. I’ve been one of the first on my street to call and book for an appointment. It was all signed and agreed, now they’re saying they’re fully booked and ran out of time.
My mistake as I should’ve phoned everyday ever since the assessment to confirm the works will go ahead.

Water Mains Pipe Leak Repair
Bray's Pipelines were excellent in every regard, the leak was identified and repaired in super quick time. The repair team arrived promptly at the arranged time and were professional and courteous throughout, the work was carried out at the agreed price even though the job wasn't perhaps as straightforward as it first appeared to be. I seldom leave reviews but I was that impressed I felt inspired to do so and I would not hesitate to recommend Bray's Pipelines.

Brilliant just brilliant. After weeks of worry and dealing with incompetent insurance company we decided to ditch them and get this company in. So pleased we did,team arrived early fixed leak quickly and efficiently. Put slabs back. You wouldn’t know they had been here.
Sorry didn’t get their names but both men were lovely helpful and courteous.

After a recent issue with our main water supply and a leak, Severn Trent arranged for your company to visit. What can I say ..... From start to finish you have been fantastic, quickly located the issue and a solution found. Excellent knowledge, tidy work and keep fully updated and the two Kierans (NEB01) are a credit to your company!!! Following a leak on my property I contacted Brays and my experience has been really positive. From Karen and Linda in the office, to Shaun who came to see me swiftly within 24 hours, Andy who even replied to my email even though he was still on holiday and Danny, Kieran and Nathan who carried out the work replacing my pipe with minimal disruption. They kept me informed throughout and left my property as clean as was possible given the job they were doing. All of the above were polite and professional at all times. Thank you to you all, excellent work and I would have no hesitation in recommending Brays.

I would like to thank Lee, James and Jason for the work that they carried out for me.
Due to the issues I had with my water, Lee very kindly prioritised my assessment and worked with the relevant people to ensure my water was back to normal as soon as possible.
James and Jason carried out the work professionally and efficiently. They did a thorough job and made sure everything was working as it should before they completed the job.
