I visited Bridlington General post office today to renew my photo driving licence. I was served by Malissa who kindly offered to assist me straight away as I was unsure if I needed to make an appointment. Malissa explained everything clearly and was very kind and helpful making me feel very at ease. She also offered me other services that I hadn’t thought about in a very informative way without feeling pressured to pursue.

After trying several times to change my address on my licence, being told I needed new photos, or there was some other issue. I took my application to the Post office, and used thier checking service. The staff were extremely helpful, and it only took a short time to complete. I did have to pay for another picture from them, but at least it is finally completed
