Perfect experience from start to very quick finish!
I contacted the salesman at 10am, arranged to view the car at 2.30 and had test driven and purchased by 3.15! Very helpful, polite and friendly, lovely chap and great knowledge and took all my questions in good nature.
Nothing was too big of an ask and we were made to feel very welcome.
Very happy with the purchase and would recommend this car sales to anyone looking for a reasonably priced used car ?

Incredibly pleasant experience 🙂 , Ash was polite and answered all of our queries about the car before purchasing the car. Talked us over everything from the previous owners and vehicle usage. From the outset this garage was caring and professional. We drove 2 hours to get the car and after we got back home we found a couple of niggles. We called Brierfield and they offered to sort out the problems and even said they would bring the car back to us themselves. They are very kind, nothing is too much trouble and we would happily buy another car from this garage with no hesitation. Thank you Brierfield.

Everything went really easy, thought I'd found the perfect car, seem to work fine. Should have been less naive that it's last MOT was no faults on the car, too good to be true. It was after a couple of months the engine showed to have been leaking oil and that the turbo was damaged. The diesel filter had been clogged up and smoke pouring out the exhaust. Tried to address the problem with sales, passed on to warranty, warranty not valid. Tried to take it further to court as it wasn't fit for purpose after a couple of months and taking a further couple of months trying to find a solution to this. Had to give up as I don't have unlimited sources of funds and so the car is now scrapped. So what turned out to be the perfect car for my needs, became a nightmare that I hope no one else has to suffer, as its just very disappointing, that there is a lack of protection for a buyer.

After reading your reply to this review I kindly sent an email to the address provided, which is spelt wrong. Still no response. Managed to make sure it was sent to you properly. I will not take the review down as this is not the wrong dealership. I am very capable of remembering where I bought a car from and record of that in my bank account.

One week has now past, still no contact made by the rightful business. So despite the reply to the review I can only assume that the concern in addressing this was false, and making people read the review that I've reviewed the wrong business, which isn't the case.
