Laura was amazing in helping me getting my car sorted. Regularly kept in contact with me to keep me updated on the progress. Managed to find me a courtesy car dispite being very last minute and not originally booking one myself. Could not ask for anything more from a customer point of view.
Sorted a payment plan for me which fitted my needs.
Very knowledgeable on any questions I asked and I felt confident in having my car with Ford.
I was hesitant to use a ford garage after a bad experience at a different location but this garage in Birmingham has fully restored my trust in Ford. More then happy to return in the future for future business

What a shame!!!it must be Minus not zero: I bought my car from Bristol street Motor and they gave me warranty motor assured. I notice that my coolant is leaking and waterpump is not working. I call them and they give me booking on Tuesday 7 oclck morning. They said, they will check car and found the problem and after they will fix it here, I asked them 3 times and everytime when I ask them u will fix here they say yes. And after 2days they call me , they said waterpump is broken need to be change. And I show them my warranty agreement which they give me when I purchase my car. Pump is mechanical parts, engine components, it has to be cover by warranty. And after they said to me aa sorry, it is Seat we can't fix it here. And they give me this invoice.(check image)They mentioned there it is attached to belt that's why they can't fix it. They didn't fix my car , they didn't change My pump even though I have warranty by Bristol street motor. Every pump has a belt , any mechanic guy can change this pump , they have maybe 50 mechanic staff or engineer and they don't know how to change waterpump and they said because of it attached to belt. I try to speak with manager but he was so rude he never listen to me, just disappointment even I pay 600 pounds for this warranty and they have no idea how to change waterpump. They said we will fix your car here in beginning of my claim and after I showed them my warranty and they said we can't fix it because it is attached belt.just big funny waste time they are not professional.

From the outset Jordan Brookes delivered a 5star customer experience and that was just booking the car in, and dealing with my quick fire question round! Then mike.chiyangwa delivered the same exceptional service that I received the day before! Even to the guy that fetched my car round (sorry I didn’t get your name)! Was called “mam” on several occasions, if you want an exceptional customer service this is the dealership to go to! Other dealerships could learn A LOT about how to treat a customer from these guys!

Keep the exceptional service going, it’s a refreshing experience!! Almost sad I’ve gotta wait a year for my MOT!

Laura sales advisor absolutely brilliant
Rest of the staff shocking cannot even pass on messages for the service manager to contact me yet i had to keep chasing ,recommend no one take your car or any other vehicle there 2nd service there only under 6000 mile service noticed oil drip under engine yet been back 3rd time
1st time ordered wrong oil filter yet rang me 3 days before to make sure i was coming in for the service 2nd time serviced car now 3rd sat in a row and to be told by the technician that he cleaned everything up and yet the day after the service noticed oil drip and belly plate cover damaged yet to be told there was NO WAY they damaged my car

Unfortunately I've recently been scammed by this dealership. Booked the car in for a replacement TPMS sensor and service/MOT.

It was meant to be a wait in appointment. I waited two hours before someone came and asked me who I was and did I need help. My car hadnt been touched in that time. My car had to stay in overnight.

Regarding the repair, they simply cleared the fault code to pass the MOT, charged me £150. The fault code has obviously started flashing again after 30 mins of driving.
