Great customer service. I was served by Jennifer. She helped me to apply for my newborn first passport. Even though they didn’t have a passport photo service she took a photo with an iPad so I didn’t have to go somewhere else with my baby. She explained me the process and made the day easier for me by helping me fill the application form. Thank you Jennifer. I really appreciate it.

Great customer service by Simon. I arrived to the post office, Simon took his time to help me and explain the process of booking in cash. Also showing me some tips on how to spot notes.
