Dealt with James quite a few times in the last year or so and have been very happy with every aspect of our interactions also he is always helpful, informative and friendly. Upon realising I required advice on my pension and other potential investments (in 2017), I decided to speak to James Downing at Broadgate Financial Management. He was extremely helpful, detailed all the stages of the advice process and suggested I come in for a full financial review to understand my circumstances. During the review, James ran through a number of things from my current income/expenditure to my attitude to risk and capacity for loss, then clearly explained what the suggested outcome was for my finances. He offered me the option of either an ad hoc advice process, or an ongoing advice process - I chose the latter. As a result of this I can speak to James whenever I have any queries about my finances or have a change in my circumstances. I also receive annual reviews, information on how my portfolio is performing and more frequent (quarterly) market updates. Since investing my money with James I have increased the amount in my pension (by way of growth) and have reviewed my circumstances twice. I would not be in the position I was without James and his services and can highly recommend him to anyone who requires a competent and extremely helpful financial adviser. Thank you James!!

Had to move my pension. James from Broadgate financial got in contact with me. Very pleasant on the phone, give me enough info to agree to face to face meating. Agreed to move my pension under his care, did not feel pressured or pushed into it either. Since moving. I get quarterly reviews and calls from James in between with up to date and factual info especially with BREXIT... excellent company and would recommend to anyone.

wanted some information about possible financial investments and made a google search as one does. The site Local-financial-advisor came up amongst others and I filled out their form. I got a text message telling me that a James Downing of Broadgate Financial Management would be in touch.. He called this morning and asked me what I was looking for. I replied that I had no idea as I do not know the financial market and was looking for advice. He said that I could invest into Isas, bonds, pension scheme and other tax rebate schemes but if I do not want there was no need for an advisor.... I told him that I was none the wiser, thanked him for his time and advise and hang up. I hate it when people speak at me.

Funny till my review there were none about James. He called me to ask if I were available to talk and when I confirmed he told me that I mis-represented our conversation. Not we started on the wrong footing or we got our wires crossed... what a strange way to address an issue. Anyone interested in helping me invest £30,000.00?
