I Couldn’t recommend Brontë estate agents enough! After having a nightmare with previous estate agents I was worried they were all the same, however since I put an application in for a rental with brontes, Sam got straight in touch with me and she’s been easy to communicate with since, so friendly and made the whole experience so easy. 10/10.

Terrible estate agents, way too greedy, houses are way overpriced, just remember it is the estate agents who value your property for market, for some reason they think they have some sort off power, when ringing up to place an offer on a property, it will back fire, can already see it through out property market houses been reduced by 15-20k more and more estate agents need exposing for been too greedy and overvaluing property

We sold our house through Bronte and are now also renting throught them. Best decision ever! The whole team were fantastic from start to finish. It sold straight away and we completed within 2 months. We are so grateful to Martin, who we met first. He did the valuation and took photos. Then to Natalie and Michelle in the sales team, for their great communication. They were always available to answer any questions, we had throughout the process. Knowing we wanted to upsize and wanted to rent, Sam in lettings, was able to get us a house, that ticked all the boxes, it was nicely timed with the completion of our house sale. Sam is a true hero! Thank you so much, to all of you at Bronte for making it a stress free experience. Highly recommend.

100 percent recommend. Best desision I made! Martin and Natalie have been accommodating and amazing. Martin was so patient with me while I renovated the house. They got me an offer within 2 weeks for the house and 3 months later it was sold, contracts exchanged. Five stars all around.

Would definitely recommend Bronte, Martin did a excellent job explaining the sales process and took some really good pictures.

Natalie was really helpful every time I called and gave some great advice..

They we also the cheapest, far better than using online estate agents.
