Excellent service. When we needed to make a claim had absolutely no issues and very quick turnaround due to having the right policy and cover in place. cold called 3 times. went though a quote on the 3rd occasion as my insurance was coming up to renewal, very friendly person on the phone who passed me though to a very rude adviser who hung up on when I questioned why they need to know my turnover. Never had to give my turnover to any other insurance company and not the sort of thing you hand over on a cold call. Very unprofessional behavior from an adviser handing up mid conversation reflects badly on your company. I will defiantly keeping my insurance with Aston Scott as there service has been second to none.
