Having Brown & Co perform all the requirements for the letting of our property was the best decision for everyone concerned.
Tasca Kruse was efficient and relaxed in her approach which took away any pressure especially whilst we had 2 weeks holiday during the final process.
The cost to provide this process is less than one months rent which proved invaluable.

We used Brown & Co for planning and initially they were excellent. Unfortunately as time went on and staff changed we realised that everything wasn't quite as it should be.
Without going into too much detail, please be very wary. We would never use or recommend these people again.
Sadly we have to give at least one star!

Contacted to arrange a viewing on property 1, "we will contact the owner and get back to you" never did.

Viewed property 2, put an offer in, made sure it wasn't best and final offers, called twice to see what was happening, both times been told we will update you as soon as we hear anything, just over a week later property goes to sold STC, contacted them again, "oh did no one ring you to say they'd accepted an offer"

If you're thinking about buying through them, don't waste your time, if you're thinking of selling though them, don't waste your money.
