Landlords perspective.. We ve rented our property with BAM now for 6 years and are just entering into a third contract. We have always had excellent communication with the staff at BAM and especially with Natalie who had always responded very efficiently and promptly to any enquiries.. if things go wrong, Natalie has arranged for them to be fixed if requested and has recommended contractors who were of a high standard. For us, living away from London renting our property through BAM has made it much easier.

My house in Chiswick has been let out through Built Asset Management ltd for over seven years.`As it has five bedrooms and are let to multiple tenants, there are some repairs/maintenance work to be done every year. All the staff of Built asset management, I have dealt with (mainly Natalie Junkere in the last three years) are very efficient and responsible. they would give me lots of advices. I am quite happy to work with BAM.

My best advice if you want to rent and you see BAM, trust when I say “Don’t do it”
I rented with them and was given false information at the start of my contract, I was told I’d be able to negotiate my rent at the 6th month marker but on the 6th month I was told a different story stating I was meant to negotiate the month before. One thing I hated the most was them sending random people to the house without prior notice, I woke up one morning only to find some random dude in the living room who said he was sent my BAM. He had an ID but not from BAM. BAM also does this weird thing where they show up every other week for inspections, they are just like helicopter parents/bosses. They are always around for no reason. I loved the house but the BAM team are the worst. When something breaks or requires replacement due to wear and tear they will charge the tenants or make you take the time to go buy it yourself and take weeks to reimburse you. The landlord who owns the house could also just show up without prior notice. The staff are very rude and unprofessional. I constantly had problems with the house manager and this young girl who handled viewings, very rude and very unprofessional. They spoke down on tenants and made one feel like we’d begged to rent at the residence. The day I left that house was the best day of my life. My new place has no landlord showing up out of the blue and inspections are done once every six months. I wish I could type in all the BS but I’ve not got the time. If you do decide to still rent with them, I wish you all the best. Just make sure you’re prepared to be lied to, staff will pretend to be nice until you sign the contract and then boom, they’ve got you hooked and would spend so much trying to get out of the contract.

I love BAM, I have been renting with them almost 2 years now and it has been great. Nice and clean houses. Good selection of professionals and regular cleaning. House maintenance and management it’s superb! If you are looking to rent haste free in a house that you wanna call home and not brake the bank give them a try! A++++

Not bad, they managed my property for about two years and were responsive. I particularly appreciated the support of Natalie, who has been by far the nicest and most supportive member of the team. The rest of the team was alright, but sometimes could have been a tiny bit more flexible. I would leave 5 stars, but the only thing is that the carpet was not as clean as I was expecting with their “professional cleaning.” I am not sure what happened there, but I felt that this should have been done way better, as I had to pass the vacuum and clean it manually myself in some areas. Other than that, my experience has been quite good, especially with Natalie and her kind and responsive way of working with me. Payments were 90% of the time on time, and therefore I would say they are also reliable! Hope this review is helpful. If you manage to negociate well your contract, including an inventory, a deposit, a break clause and economical conditions that you are happy with, you can chose them as a property manager without worrying too much, as they definetly know their way around this business.

It’s taken me a long time to review here, but I rented with BAM in Ealing for nearly two years ending in 2022. It was the worst experience I couldve possibly asked for. In the last six months we lived there, we received several letters requesting our eviction from the owner of the property, despite BAM telling us the entire time that we were fine to stay.
This led to myself receiving calls from the landlord asking us to leave, and a summons to court addresses to all those staying in the flat over the following months. We had no communication from BAM the entire way through, and every time I called we were told everything was fine, which it clearly wasn’t. Eventually, they called and asked us to leave with very little notice, we received no help or compensation. We were recommended to take the issue to court afterwards, but were so occupied with attempting to find somewhere new to live urgently that we decided against it at the time.

To add to this, the day I moved in to the house I found out that the room I had selected and paid a deposit for (I was told when I viewed it was the only available room in the place), had actually already been taken by somebody else. Fortunately this was resolved (it turns out there were actually several empty rooms in the house), but I should’ve taken it as a sign!

Compared to other agencies, BAM are very responsive and address issues promptly and in an organised manner through their app. A special mention goes to Natalie, who's really been on it so far with all issues that have been flagged.
