My partner and I decided to move in together and for once the process was simple and easy. The viewing went smoothly and Jack arrived before me to ensure it was presentable. The house was in the condition stated on the listing and luckily my partner and I were chosen! Jack and Amber walked us through the process and answered any queries promptly and with a smile. We now have the keys and are very satisfied with the service provided. I would highly recommend this letting agency and would use them again!

Started off ok we were happy with the valuation and sales information regarding the house. They recommended an online solicitors who were very poor at first but after complaining they transferred us to another colleague at the same firm who was more proactive.
Would not use birchell Edwards again there was no sales chasing or communication with them, they didn't return emails or phone calls this went on for 5 months until we decided to cancel the sale and still not heard anything from them !! Customer service is non existent.

Our experience with this estate agent started off well—we accepted an offer on our property within three weeks, which we were really pleased with. However, things went downhill once the sales progression stage began. We were assigned a sales progression contact who was unfortunately unresponsive and difficult to get hold of. Emails often went unanswered unless we chased through Matt in branch, which became frustrating. In the end, it was quicker and more effective for us to communicate directly with our buyers, which really shouldn't have been the case. Overall, we were disappointed with the lack of communication and wouldn’t choose to use Burchell Edwards again.

First time having to rent a property due to conflicting dates in house completions. Jack was very professional and helpful throughout the viewing process. I only needed a short term let and the folks at BE were extremely helpful.
Amber and Jack assisted on all the documentation and it was a ln easy process from start to finish ( well, getting the keys anyway! ). I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a rental properly in the area
