I was selling 2 properties, 1 with Burgin Atkinson and 1 with a different agent. I got a better level of service from David than I did with the other agents charging 3 times the price. I was so impressed I paid the escape charge and moved agents. If you're committed to moving you wont find better than £995 for the same service

After looking at properties to rent for the past 5 months I'm far from impressed with the quality of housing on offer by this agency. Always shabby, always filthy no care or time given to the prospective tenants. All properties should be refreshed and deep cleaned between tenants. It's a matter of respect.

Absolutely outstanding! As a long time landlord I moved my portfolio to Burgin Atkinson over the course of a year from a different local agent. The difference is unbelievable. Decent tenants paying fair market rents- what more could I ask for? Steph, Debbie and the team in the office are responsive and extremely efficient- nothing is too much trouble and gets sorted straight away. I finally feel that my agents are working with me to provide decent properties at fair rents for decent people. As a landlord, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Outstanding!
