I genuinely cannot praise Simon enough for his professionalism and excellent guidance throughout not only our Mortgage application, but our whole buying process. This gent was an absolute ace in our pack and he helped us at several points throughout. I would use his services over and over and highly recommend him to anyone seeking a broker. First spoke to Simon, as had had pre ious issues with a house jointly owned with my ex wife being reposessed, Simon was fast friendly and found us the right product to allow us to down size .Will be coming back in 2 years after our new fixed period is ending. Very efficient service e and the uses of whats app makes it 100 times faster and easier to deal with than other mortgage brokers I have used in the past.

Simply the best! Simon was amazing and no matter what questions I had or what time they were he was always there to help! Fantastic all the way through! Cannot recommend Burnett Mortgages enough! Simon was absolutely fantastic, from our first tentative call to getting everything finalised, he guided us through the whole process of finding a new mortgage that would work for us. We were desperate to move nearer to family and when we originally approached our bank and lender at the time we were simply told ‘no’. Simon made seemingly impossible, possible. Simon and the team were friendly, professional and approachable, no question or email was too much. 5 star service throughout.

I cannot recommend Simon enough.
He’s gone above and beyond for me and picked up the pieces after the inability of another FS company dealing with my application.
Nothing is too much trouble and it’s clear that Simon actually cares about customers and sorting the best product for them.
Simon has sorted my mortgage and insurance for my first property purchase on my own, I can see why my family and friends have used him for years!

I was looking a to see if I could find cheaper rates through an advisor, spoke with Simon, he gave me a full view of available rates and total costs. He was honest and upfront that applying with my current lender was the most cost effective and practical approach even though it meant he couldn't provide me a product. Would recommend speaking to him.
