Cannot rate the staff highly enough. My 80 year old, partially sighted mother was trying to return some parcels. The team were kind, patient and beyond helpful. I feel blessed that she has this support within the local community. Thank you!

Absolutely filthy place ! The owner has no clue what he is doing . Shelves empty and there is dirt on every surface , it is depressing to have to use this post office now I use others nearby now

Burntwood Post Office has been there for as long as I can remember and have always provided me and my partner a great service. The staff are always quick to serve and friendly, able to help with all sorts of tasks from simple posting, to passport application checks and DVLA forms. There is also the ability to exchange currency on site too.

Never open!
Saturdays are a joke - says it’s open 9:30-12:30, arrived at 11:55 and it’s in darkness, doors locked. Cos everyone has time to waste, petrol they can afford to waste etc trying to get something posted. Most unreliable and really annoying!

Took a parcel to post on Monday. Was asked what it contained. I didn't know as it was for someone else. I was told unless we know contents we cannot accept it.!
Found out what parcel contained ( a baby's dummy) and took it back Tuesday.
Guess what the assistant didn't ask what was in it!! Just took it off me stamped it and bagged it, ?

Its the only post office in that part of burntwood and one of the few now to get cash from. I have not had great experiences there, the people who work there are not always the most helpful or even friendly.
