Having not sold a business before, there was much to learn. However, both Sean and Rhys were behind me every step of the way. It is clear that Sean is an expert in his field with a wealth of experience. He was precise with his valuation, the marketing was polished and he generated much interest. As an estate agent we both appreciate how invaluable communication is and, as with any sale, effective progression is vital. In an industry notorious for unrealism, over-promising and poor performing, Sean is a beacon that shines a light on how it should be done.

The most important thing is his recognition that the client whose business he’s instructed to sell isn’t the only client… the potential buyers are too. To that end, Sean brings together the parties and acts in the best interests of both.
