The worst company ever, do not use them for any of your insurance needs, they will leave you in the lurch. You will be begging them for any payment for months.
Especially their claims handler Luaren Bowdidge, she will never answer calls or emails. The worst claims handler ever. DO NOT GET INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY you will regret it. Pay a bit more and go to a reputable insurance firm.

Utterly appalling service. Once you've paid they WILL NOT answer the telephone. Tried 17times over a month to add another driver to our policy. Ringing tone for an average of 11mins with some calls just ringing for up to 22mins; still no answer! All very well but how can we operate a business legally if we cannot insure drivers!
