spoke with a man called Clyde today regarding my debts - I suffer from terrible anxiety especially when it comes to finances and phone calls and he went above and beyond to help me and make sure that the matter was dealt with in the way that would benefit me best, a very refreshing call which has left me feeling very at ease and made any issues i have seem manageable. very appreciated, a really good company with their customers best interests at heart.

Total harrasment and messed up my credit file. Never have I signed any contact with them. They think they can do what they want. Well not the case. They won't or can't show me any contact with my signature by law they have to. They are messing up my credit with no proof. I'm not happy

Cabot have been helping me for a number of years now, and they have been great, they regularly check in with me to make sure things are going OK for me. They never pressure me in any way. They have helped to take a lot of pressure and worry off me.Cabot accepted my offer of how much i could afford to pay each month towards each of my debts, and they set up the standing orders for me.And i don't have to pay any interest. I've now fully paid off two of my debts and hopefully my last debt should be paid off in the next three months. The cabot team are all kind, friendly, understanding, polite people and they really listen to you and care about the situation you are in. I couldn't of handled my debt problems without their help, and i would recommend them to anyone needing help with debt problems.

Awful company. Call you on multiple numbers, you block one and then another appears. Fake reviews, tick every buzz words a company would give the bonuses for. Be wary. Really don't understand how they can get away with so much harassment, obviously upsetting so many people, disgusting.

Just spoke to Nicole about my debt. Ive been struggling mentally this whole year and were anxious to call up my debt collectors, however after speaking to Nicole she has made me feel much better mentally about my financial situation.

Very easy to communicate with. The customer service was excellent. The customer service agents listen to my circumstances and we came to an agreement that suited both parties.
