This credit union does not offer the service others manage to do within the same legislation. Transfers only possible when someone in the office their end is beyond belief. I’m going to transfer my savings to another one.

I don’t recommend this credit union as people who use a credit union are usually low income and need a little extra help. If you default a payment they sent you to a heinous debt collector who will visit and bully you at home. A vicious thing to do to people who are already down. Choose a more compassionate company to recoup debts but this has been a horror experience.

Spent 6 hours 10am-2pm (3 separate calls) contacting support to get access to my ‘easy access account’ which was anything but easy to make a transfer that day.
At 1.58pm I managed to get the transfer request in but then there is no-one to process the payment now until what looks like Tuesday?
Now I am locked out yet again & have no support.
They said that their systems were down on Friday but they didn’t tell me that I would have no access until the following week.
Unbelievably bad lack of access to my own funds, inappropriate and poor hours of operation.
Really lovely staff when you get to talk to them but something is very wrong with the system.

They offer a great range of services and in theory it's all amazing but the reality is very frustrating. They hard to contact and slow to respond. I thought things would be better when they brought out the online banking and the Web app but it isn't. Its says the app is 24/7 for transfers.. and yes you can transfer whenever you like but it will only go into your account once they are open and they accept your transfer.. even if you transfer when they are open it still takes minimum 4/5 hours to go in your account which is a joke for nowadays.

Shoddy customer service and limited acess to funds to 2 days a week and between a 3 hour period. Worst financial instatution i have ever come accross. If was run like normal building society it would have folded years ago. Totaly useless

Been trying to contact them before I start work. Even though they are open, I haven't been able to get through. Could do with opening more now the pandemic isn't as bad to help everyone not just people that don't work

Avoid at all costs seems if you aren’t English or badly addicted to drugs you will get discriminated against

Joke! Takes forever to get a reply, can never get through on the phone, and upto 2 days to get any money via BACS! They will take the charge stright away though.
