They know exactly what they are doing.
Everything nicely hidden away in the small print.
Nearly everything they sell can be found much cheaper elsewhere once you add up the many many different fees
Special SCs in the terms and conditions maybe an extra £25000 you might not see?
A car being category S carefully hidden away.
I have seen them sell the same car multiple times, they are not interested in the sale, only the commission which is huge and they won't be returning that .
If you have spent money , you've been had.

Not only has does this company charge extortionate fees, they also like to hide extra fees deep within their T&C’s behind acronyms such as ‘SC’ which means nothing to people who don’t often bid on auction sites. They split the invoices up into two separate ones which is suspicious anyway, which l late found out is because the second invoice is the one that contains the hidden fee which you only get to see after paying the first one. The people who answer the phones are also very rude and use their words cleverly to call you an idiot without trying to help you. Then when I cancelled the item, they charged myself over £3000 as a ‘cancellation fee’. All in all I would never deal with anything this company has to offer ever again and hope no one else gets caught up in their deception. I have no doubt if they reply to this post it will be to make myself look like I'm in the wrong but looking at the other reviews I’m clearly not the only person to feel this way about this company.

I brought a car from the auction house in early may and was astonished with how well and organised this company ran. I was greeted at the front gates by a lovely chap who was nothing but help, he handed me the keys and had me on my way very promptly as I was in a bit of a rush. Would definitely recommend this auction house to friends and family and will definitely be purchasing something else from them in the future

A short story which will save someone else a tidy fortune!!!!

Hidden in the T&C awaits a nasty surprise for the uninitiated, My advice, If it looks like a bargain then run a mile!

Many reviewers have spoken about the underhand tactics employed by these jokers, Think of wheel clampers and the likes and you'll know exactly the type.

Rude and obnoxious, They spew out lie after lie to increase "charges" by employing delaying tactics to facilitate earning late payment and storage fees.

£5,100 paid out but a "generous" offer of £3,170+vat to cancel a purchase! Yes that's right £3,800 it would cost to cancel a £5,100 invoice.
Faced with raising another £7,000 within hours or losing the £5,100 we began to get annoyed.

Thankfully fam managed to raise the necessary funds and a transfer 3 hours before "deadline" was made.

1st we were told the funds had not deposited their account, Then once the bank provided proof the funds had deposited into the account they decided the payment was a high risk money laundering transaction.
The bank again provided the necessary assurances the funds were transferred from a 30 year + business account with hundreds of thousands of pounds of transactions per month.

Then they asked for photo ID, At this point the bank raised an eyebrow and referred the matter to the fraud team.

Suffice to say no photo ID was provided and the vehicle, A mercedes sprinter recovery vehicle was released to the waiting driver.

This joker outfit promised they wouldn't release the vehicle without photo ID and this would lead to £150+ vat in storage fees!

Obviously they piped down and released the vehicle 2 minutes prior to their "deadline" at the threat of legal action.

Once the vehicle was released, A "friendly" conversation took place, The arrogance and bravado all gone, They began to cry.

You know exactly where I am based, You have my address and name. Pay me a visit if you have the courage to back up your bravado, I have an axe ready to grind!

I see others have good experiences, So in the interest of fairness I should reiterate, Read the T&C before you spend a penny.

Call and ask about any kind of special terms and do NOT part with money until you have email evidence.
