Since we started using Capital on Tap, we have found them great. Jack was really helpful resolving an issue we had in activating a card for a new employee yesterday. I didn’t think much of them at first — they kept sending me letters non-stop. Eventually, I decided to join because of their rewards points scheme, which seemed attractive. However, I later had to raise a chargeback claim. Unfortunately, they closed the case immediately because I submitted the wrong paperwork. I asked for the claim to be reopened so I could provide the correct documents, but they simply refused.
