What an excellent customer experience I had with the 3 staff that were in when I went in about my laptop charger. In the end I bought a great new laptop with the guidance and advice of the young lady and the 2 guys behind the counter. The bonus was that they're Forest fans ⚽️ which made the visit even better 🤣. I've been in this shop twice once 2 sell I brand new ps4 game which had been Released that day was a driving game and not my thing asked how much I wanted for it said just give me £10 they said I'd have 2 take in 2 band new games 4 £10 then went in with a brand new duelsense edge controller £209 in shops was asked how much I wanted I asked 4 £70 was offered £20 so walked out with it I understand there a business and need 2 make a profit but do they have 2 be so ruff while trying 2 rip my pants down not been in since they just rip u off and all the 5star reviews I think are a bit fake staff don't no what there talking about there just Minimum wage workers

Dont listen to the complainers...its usually something they have done wrong themselves...
This is a vital service to hundreds of happy customers...me included.
I have been a customer here for many years, any problems that can be sorted has been.
Visit the shop for yourself....you will find a bargain.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
We are purchased a playstation steering wheel and pedal set (£120) for our son. It was works for only 10 minutes(start burn and smoke) than i called (within 3 hours of the purchase) the store and take it back next day. Then they called me back after 3 days and told me they not able to fix, and when i ask about refound or credit note the store manager tired blame me with different excuses which we both know is a bul... it. They think i let them to rip me off with £120 for 10minutes usage. So im opened a case in a small claim court beacuse i feel this is a proper scam!

They were efficient, gave me what I felt was a fair price and they made the whole process very easy.

I've never used a service like this before and after having a clear-out we wanted to sell a few items to raise funds for other things.

Superb all round service, we would happily use them again should the need arise.
