❌❌❌Bought a couple okay items from them in the past. Last time I went in, they sold me a gold bracelet with a broken/weak link. I did the normal checks at the shop but I didn’t know this until it fell off my wrist hrs later when I got home. I went back in the next day, saw the same guys that attended to me and tried to talk to them about swapping/fixing if they had a goldsmith or some other solution. They were very standoffish about it and told me there was nothing they could do about it and wanted to buy it for less than half the amount sold to me 24hrs earlier. They first tried to blame me for damaging it and later said I should have checked item more carefully. Told them it was their job to ensure gold pieces were truly gold pieces and undamaged. Maybe I should have brought my own magnifying glasses and gold testing kit but I shouldn’t have to do all of that if you did your job rightly. Now I am stuck with a bracelet I can’t wear or can’t sell. Truly felt like it was almost deliberate and it felt like a ripoff. Deal with them at your own risk.❌❌❌
