I would give 10 star if I could!
I decided to buy the house of dream but I been rejected twice I changed many mortgage broker they all failed to get me a mortgage because I have a default in my account I was about to give up all together until friend of mine introduced me to Jordan Price from castle view finance, the moment I spoke to Jordan he knew what he doing he promised me to solve this matter, as he done something more he promised he solved something impossible for me the other Brokers failed to do it. In matter of tow days he got me a mortgage offer and I hand it to my solicitor in the beginning I couldn't believe it when I read everything thoroughly I thought I am not dreaming anymore it's real ☺️ I can't thank enough this place specially Jordan Price he is very professional. He helped personally with papper works witches I couldn't do my papper works I truly appreciate his hard work.. I highly recommend this place for everyone.

Jordan helped us buy our second residential property and remortgage our first property to a buy to let. As both the buyers (us) and the sellers had no chain, we completed in 7 weeks - I honestly have Jordan to thank for the speed of this! Hannah and the team has been great. They helped us to purchase our first family home. We had extremely difficult situation, with negative credit history and other issues. Many brokers that we contacted advised that we are unable to purchase the property, we also had some very bad experience with incompetent brokers that has once made us to be refused on a mortgage. We thought that this now will be it and with our bad credit history and recent record of mortgage being refused there is no chance for us to purchase our first home..

After some weeks we found castleview and decided to enquire about our situation. After initial consultation and documents revision we have been advised that our case is difficult but we have some chances…

from very first day castleview team has been working very professionally on our case. They have requested for all the information and made sure that everything is up to date and correct before approaching any of the lenders . They have prepared all the documents so well that lenders decisions was received in the matter of days if now hours..

In the end we had a choice of couple different lenders with different terms and we choose the most suitable for us. It is also worth mentioning that we have been able to borrow much more than we originally thought..

We have moved in to our family home 6 months ago and we are really greatfull for all the help received from castleview.. we are so happy to have our own house instead of renting and castleview has made this the reality.
