Probably, having to deal with ReAssure makes Castlegate look incompetent and "economical with the truth" From initially requesting an action on 8th May 2024, we still have not received an outcome on 23rd July 2024. We keep watching this space.........

Customer of Duncan and Toplis and introduced to Castlegate by them. Reorganised my old personal pension around 20 years ago which had done nothing for years. Happy with the result and have some other funds invested via them. They are easy to deal with and responsive. My view would be that they are a safe place to trust your money and to expect a fairly conservative view on investing. Fees are ok, probably around average for the market.
