Catalyst were great, very friendly customer services. They re-sleeved my aging cracked and root infested drainage system. The chaps who did the work were very respectful and professional, even trying to minimise noise as my daughter was sleeping after her night shift I overpaid due to a miscommunication and they refunded me instantly, highly recommended company ?

We had a mains water pipe leak and our insurance company assigned Catalyst to deal with it. They fixed the leak back in April, but yesterday the same spot started leaking again and Catalyst sent someone to fix it this morning. We had a blocked sewer drain last week and Catalyst attended the same day to jet through and clean the drain, as well as check with a camera. We were very satisfied with their work.

The dealt with my emergency straight away. Their mechanic who attended to my property was very efficient, polite and helpful.
