I don't usually leave reviews unless I am amazed by the service and well I am amazed !!! Didn't really expect much of I'm being honest , these guys have made me feel like family like I've been using them for 30 years when I have only just met these guys !!! I cannot stress how important it is to be able to trust your garage and Caversham coachworks are definitely 100 percent trust worthy! Credit where credit is due !!!! 10 out of 10 ...thanks guys!!!!!

After I was rear ended by another vehicle I was contacted by my insurance soon after and directed to one of their approved repairers CCW who called me very quickly to arrange a viewing and an estimate which was easy and hassle free.

I booked the car in at a date which suited me, I was also offered a courtesy car which I declined as the insurance company had already supplied but was reassuring to know it was available. Having just picked the car up I can say in 100% honesty the quality of the paint is superb, with no orange peel or sanding marks to be seen and the colour match is seamless.

Not only did Russ and the team work tirelessly to ensure I was happy with the final finish, they kept me up to date and were extremely prompt in turning the vehicle around, overall a very positive experience start to finish and should the need ever arise in the future, I will be returning.

My KIA Sportage was finally repaired after 4 months wait which was well worth it, following damage caused by a delivery truck. This was following checking Caversham Coach work (Abingdon) Ltd reviews. It was delightful to deal with Russ who made the journey floorless despite some issues with the truck's insurance company.
